After completing your own HQ²™ (Health Quotient Questionnaire) a thorough lifestyle assessment and Health Quotient score will be provided. Based on this information, a professional Lifestyle Plan is developed for you and your unique goals. We then work together as a team to achieve your goals, at a pace you are comfortable with, in a non-critical, supportive, motivating environment. The accountability factor of private coaching often makes the difference in the success of an individual.

There seems to be a thousand diets, diet books and trendy programs available claiming that "their way" is the “right way.” Who do you believe? What is realistic and actually healthy? Because Christine battled severe health issues and an ongoing weight problem she easily identifies with those who say they have tried it all. She once felt that achieving weight loss and optimal health was impossible. Losing more than 50 pounds and maintaining this healthy weight loss, however, has given Christine tremendous insight into the problems that often create this vicious cycle.
Everyone knows that losing weight and achieving optimal health can be a challenge–however there is also a very straightforward formula to simplify this process. Her methods include no fancy formulas, no expensive supplements, no measuring foods or counting calories…and NO being hungry. With a simple, tried and true program, it really is possible!

Whether it is improving your cardiovascular health, lowering your blood pressure, toning muscles that have not been used in a long time or increasing strength and stamina, Christine can train you to meet your specific fitness goals.
